A baby girl born on March 26th with 'elephant trunk' facial deformity is being worshiped like a god in India. Villagers near Aligarh have flocked to see the divine girl and believes she is an incarnation of the elephant-head god Ganesha.
However, doctors say the condition could be genetic and that they will examine the girl to find out the extent of her condition to know if they need to do an operation on her.
Indians are fond of worshiping deformed children as gods.
