A boat carrying the first son of the Olu of Epe, Aremo Azeez Adewale who is a director in Ministry of Chieftaincy affairs capsized this afternoon as he and five others returned from a riverine area in Epe where they had gone to cast their votes. Unfortunately, they didn't make it alive. Hundreds of mourners have thronged the Olu's palace to sympathize with him.
The Prince has since been buried according to Muslim rites in his house in Epe. He was survived by a wife and three children. May his soul rest in peace. Amen.
