Nick Gordon has been found legally responsible for the death
of Bobbi Kristina Brown after failing to appear at his scheduled court date,E!
News confirms a judge ruled Friday.
Brown's estate filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the
defendant in August 2015, which alleged the late daughter of Whitney Houston
died following a violent altercation with Gordon.
Nick Gordon who failed to appear at a court hearing on
Friday, was ruled to be guilty of playing a part in the incident that led to
the death of the late Whitney Houston‘s daughter.
The presiding judge, T. Jackson Bedford, expressed his
dissatisfaction at Nick’s ab
sence during the proceedings by saying that he does
‘not like people thumbing their nose at the court.’
