Pres. Goodluck Jonathan and two of his top ministers may be attempting to cover up on what clearly is Nigeria's biggest fraud ever. It involves the illegal diversion or theft of over N8 trillion crude oil sales proceeds.
The trio are using NNPC to divert these funds as out of over 10.3 trillion oil proceeds, only 34% proceeds has been paid into the federation account while 76% is unaccounted for. NNPC sold at least 594 million barrels of crude oil, paid only 2.5 trillion and the 76 percent totaling 8 trillion is no where to be found.
The finance minister and former world bank chief, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala is aware of the diversion and has done nothing about it. Alison Diezani Madueke who has been implicated in several corruption probes in the past is not only aware but fully involved in the massive plunder.
Pres. Goodluck Jonathan is said to be the chief culprit as he keeps defending Ms Allison and always willing and ready to defend her with his 'stealing is not corruption' principles.
Dizelli may be caught, definitely not Okonjo Iweala. Iweala is too refined and professional to engage in unethical activity.
