Oh My! South Africa to Start Placing Tattoos on Private Parts of HIV+ People

President Zuma of South Africa has signed a bill aim to combat HIV/AIDS. The bill which aim to reduce the spread of HIV will see every person tested and found to be HIV positive getting a permanent mark in form of tattoos near their private part.

According to the bill signed, the mark is to protect those who can't say no to sex. The bill went further to state that if one can't read between the lines, one can read between the legs because that where the status would be tatted.

The President also advised those who have been living with the virus to go to the nearest public hospital to get the permanent tattoo.

I honestly do not know if this is a welcome development. What do you think?
