North Korea's first lady has appeared in public for the
first time this year as part of celebrations marking the birthday of the
country's founding leader Kim Il-Sung
Ri made her first appearance in 2012 and has been out of the spotlight since December 2014 for
unknown reasons. Whilst she was unseen for months, some alleged that she might have been killed by her husband who publicly executed his uncle.
The Kim dynasty has ruled the isolated state for nearly
seven decades with an iron fist and pervasive personality cult.
Such a beauty, married to a dictator, I can't help but wonder how she copes with her man. She must be living in fears and pains. I hope the North Korea gets to enjoy freedom someday.
