BBC Africa is reporting on their social media page that they are currently using Torchlight to count votes in Abuja, the Federal capital territory.
They didn't post any photo evidence so I pretend as though its untrue. If this piece of information is true, then its such a shame and a big slap to the giant of Africa which boasts of the biggest economy in the continent.
INEC should be able to afford fuel to power their generator since light is a luxury in Nigeria.
