Gen. Muhammadu from the opposing All Progressive Congress (APC) has won the Nigeria's Presidential election 2015 as announced by the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Attahiru Jega.
According to the result released by INEC, APC won with approximately 15 million votes while the PDP got a little above 12 million votes .
The law requires a simple majority of 51%. Gen Muhammadu Buhari is therefore declared the winner of the 2015 Presidential election.
It was a tough one. Congratulation to General Buhari. Democracy is here to stay!
