President Goodluck Jonathan under the Peoples Democratic Party has won Rivers, Cross River, Ebonyi and Bayelsa states as announced by INEC.

PDP: 1,487,075 votes
APC: 69, 238 votes

Cross River State
PDP: 414,863 votes
APC: 28, 368 votes

Ebonyi State
PDP: 323,653 votes
APC: 19, 518 votes

Bayelsa State
PDP: 361, 209 votes
APC: 5,194 votes
