Oh My! With the rate of exposure and diverse orphanage scattered round the country, it is such a shame that people still abandon babies at refuse dump sites. This baby was abandoned this morning by a refuse dump site . Thankfully, a good Samaritan rescued the baby.
I hope and pray the baby get the much needed love, care and attention in his or her new home.
