Whilst some of us have planned to start 2015 on a positive note, however this cannot be said of the self acclaimed kokomaster, Dbanj as he is due to appear in court in January 2015 over some unpaid accumulated debt.
A Lagos chief judge has signed an order that the Writ of summon be pasted on the wall of Dbanj residence. Although the artist has tried to apologies to his creditor and opted for an out of court settlement, but the creditors still insists on a legal showdown.
The case will formally commence hearing in Lagos on January 25th 2015.
