Four Shot Dead by Thugs in Lagos as APC Primary Election Turns Bloody

Four young men were shot dead and several others injured in the Ebute Meta area of Lagos State on Tuesday, 2nd December.
The crises was the aftermath of a primary election conducted for two candidates of the All Progressive Congress; Oladele Adekanye and Bashiru Oloto  who were aspiring for the APC ticket to represent the Lagos Mainland Constituency.
The attacked by the hoodlums occurred immediately after Lado was announced as the winner of the primary election.
The same scenario almost played out during another APC primaries in Ogudu area, but for the timely intervention of the police.
We hope for a peaceful election in 2015.
