I honestly do not know how and why women get addicted to drugs. A woman is fragile and should be handled with care, but then again what do I know.
A naked woman was caught on camera apparently 'tweaking off drugs' and rolling in the middle of a street at Prospect Avenue in the Longwood neighborhood, Bronx, New York.
She walked toward two police officers, as she touched the wrist of one. Officers led her off the street and toward the sidewalk, with the other nearby.
