Mera took to her social media page to share this horrific photo of when she was attacked by her estranged boyfriend many years ago
during a domestic dispute.
According to her narration, she was in hospital for weeks and in rehabilitation
for almost a year. Sharing her photos, she said she hated him and her life for
almost 3 years but finally found the strength to forgive and move on.
I am glad she has moved on. The issue of domestic violence is quite a sensitive one and it worries me why most women go back to the men after they have been rehabilitated. Love is indeed one puzzle we might never be able to solve!
