The chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Attahiru Jega has dismissed claim by Femi Fani Kayode that Goodluck Jonathan is leadinfg in 23 states. INEC said they have not collated results in 23 states yet and would keep us informed.
Can Femi take a back seat please and stop misleading the electorates.
