Mikel Ruffinelli, 39 has the world's biggest hips. She is 5ft, 4 inches tall, weighs 109.5kg and has a 40-inch waist.
Her bumper backside measures 8ft around. The mother of four says she is in top shape and women envy her body.
She is to feature in a documentary titled 'World's Biggest Hips'
