There were several reports that attributed Muna's Kidney issues to him being a heavy drinker of hard liquor and smoked a lot. I didn't bother reporting it beacuse I know that Kidney related issues isn't limited to smoking and drinking, besides there are lot of people who drink and smoke and do have no health challenges even at ripe old age. One of the cause of Kidney issues not ruling out excessive drinking and smoking is Red meat especially beef.
Nollywood Producer and critic, Charles Novia doesn't agree with such assertion too. He opines that Artist generally imbibe in habits which act as a counterbalance to the demand of their jobs. He went further to say that how a man smokes and drink should not be anyone worries and it is the self-moderation switch in the artiste that should be scrutinised when such happens rather that what he does in his leisure.
