Unknown gunmen stormed the All Progressive Congress Chairman, John Oyegun home today 12th January 2015.
According to the statement released by the party, two men suspected to be political assassins broke into Oyegun's home at about 1.30am and went straight to his bedroom. The men met the wife of the chairman as he was not at home when they came.Thankfully, they didn't hurt his wife.
The invaders removed the window burglar bars to gain access to the residence from the back and they made straight to the chairman's bedroom. Only Mr Oyegun's room was ransacked.
Its such a shame that Police security was in place at the residence when the incident happened.
